Odrinary cancellation policy

30 % of the total price for your reservation will be charged on your card within 5 days after the reservation date. . After this, the agreement cannot be cancelled by the tenant. The tenant may however, cancel the reservation against a fee. The cancellation must be made in writing, per e-mail or fax to Nordseter Fjellstue og Hytter. We recommend that you have cancellation insurance through your local insurance company, in order to obtain refund due to illness, which prevents you from going on your plannes vacation.

Cancellation fees are as follows:

Up to 28 days prior to arrival: NOK 500,00

Cancellation made later than 28 days before arrival: 100% of the total rental amount (rest amount will be charged in your card)

Alterations in unit type and/or rent period, may be done up to 28 days prior to the arrival date.

In case of no-show the total amount of the reservation will be charged.

 

Non refundable booking policy

The total price of the booking will be charged the same of the booking, and is non-refundable.

Please note, if cancelled or in case of a no-show, the total price of the reservation will be charged.
