 Nevelfjell is the most famous summit hike in the Lillehammer region. From the top of Nevelfjell, you are rewarded with a panoramic view overlooking high mountains and deep valleys.  

 Lunkefjell is another highly popular destination that is perfectly suited for the whole family, offering manageable terrain and wonderful surroundings.

Hiking to the Summit of Nevelfjell

Nevelfjell (1,089 m.a.s.l.) is a beloved destination for hikers seeking a scenic and manageable mountain top experience. Located in the Lillehammer region, just a short drive from Nordseter and Hafjell, the mountain offers an accessible adventure for seasoned hikers and families alike.

The trail to Nevelfjell is well-marked and suitable for all ages. The route typically starts near Nevelvatnet, where you will find parking and an excellent starting point. The path features moderately hilly terrain, and along the way, you can enjoy views of lush forests, mountain landscapes, and idyllic lakes.
