Daily dinner buffet is delicious and varied and kudos to the chef and kitchen staff for preparing such a varied and nutritious selection of food! Cross country skiing paradise just outside the lodge - really nice, friendly people staying in the lodge also. Will return!

Getting here without a car
Lillehammer Fjellstue is one of the few mountain destinations in Norway you can reach entirely by public transport. Fly into Oslo Gardermoen, take the train or bus to Lillehammer, and jump on the local bus directly to our door at Nordseter. No car rental needed. Oslo Gardermoen → Lillehammer: approx. 2 hours by train Lillehammer → Nordseter (Lillehammer Fjellstue): local bus, approx. 30 min
